Standard Rental Agreement  

Deposits and Payments

1. Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are **NON-REFUNDABLE**.

2. Payment Schedule: All balances are to be paid 7 days before the reservation date, except for reservations in April and May, which must be paid in full 14 days in advance.

Liability and Damages

1. Mechanical Breakdown: The Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter. The Company will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

2. Client Liability: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine and party buses caused during the rental period by them or any members of their party.

3. Sanitation Fee: A sanitation fee of $300.00 will be charged in the event of vomiting or excessive damage to any equipment.

Prohibited Activities

1. Drug Use: Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines incurred due to drug use will be paid by the customer.

2. Smoking or Vaping: Smoking is not permitted in any of our equipment and will result in $300 fee.

3. Sexual Activity: No sexual activity is allowed in the vehicle. A $700 sanitation fee applies for violations, and the reservation will be terminated without refund.

Reservation Termination

1. Driver's Discretion: The driver has the right to terminate the reservation without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the.

Client Legal Responibility

1. Legal and Financial Liability: The Client agrees to assume full financial responsibility for any legal actions, including but not limited to lawsuits, claims, attorney fees, and costs resulting from their use of GL Transportation services, arising out of their own actions or those of any members of their party during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, financial liability for failure to pay for damages caused by the Client or their group. In the event that GL Transportation incurs legal costs or suffers damages due to the Client’s conduct or breach of this agreement, the Client will be liable for reimbursing these expenses in full.

Overtime and Scheduling

1. Overtime Pay: Overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time described on the reservation sheet and will be charged in hour increments.

2. Overtime Availability: There is no guarantee that overtime hours will be available. Please ensure that the number of hours you are writing on the contract will be sufficient for your event.

Road and Weather Conditions

1. Winter Conditions: The Company is not responsible for delays or termination of services caused by unsafe road conditions (e.g., unsalted roads, accidents) during winter months.

Vehicle Capacity and Conduct

1. Seating Capacity: Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

2. No Food: No food is allowed in any of the equipment at any time.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made by email ONLY and confirmed by the office at least 7 Days prior to your reserved date. Failure to do so will result in the client being responsible for the full amount of services agreed.

Vehicle Condition / Substitution Agreement

1. Vehicle Maintenance: GL Transportation diligently maintains and services its vehicles to ensure safe and reliable transportation. However, mechanical and electrical components are subject to temporary failure due to various factors, including excessive use, heat, and unforeseeable circumstances.

2. Vehicle Substitution: In rare instances, vehicle substitutions may be necessary due to the aforementioned factors or other issues affecting the assigned vehicle's condition. The Company will make every effort to provide a suitable replacement promptly in such cases.

3. Client Responsibility: If, upon arrival, the Client deems the assigned vehicle's condition unsatisfactory for any reason, they are required to notify the Driver immediately and request a replacement by texting (817) 412-3050. By using GL Transportation services, the Client acknowledges their satisfaction with the initially assigned vehicle unless they request a substitution as outlined above.

4. Extreme Weather Conditions: During the summer months, it is important to note that vehicles may have limitations in effectively cooling the interior when temperatures exceed 98°F. Clients are encouraged to consider this when booking services during hot weather conditions.

6. Acknowledgment: By using GL Transportation services, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Vehicle Condition / Substitution Agreement. The Client further acknowledges that they are satisfied with the assigned vehicle unless they request a substitution as per the procedures outlined in this Agreement.

7. Agreement Acceptance: This Agreement is effective upon the Client's use of GL Transportation services and shall remain in effect until the completion of the service.

🔺Standing and Movement Claus🔺

1. Standing in Vehicles: Limousines and party buses operated by GL Transportation are equipped with perimeter seating that allows for standing. Passengers should be aware that standing in a moving vehicle can be unstable due to the vehicle's movement.

2. Understanding Risks: Passengers acknowledge that both standing and sitting in these vehicles come with risks due to the vehicle's size, perimeter seating, and the nature of frequent stops and turns. Passengers will experience the forces of the vehicle’s movement, which may cause instability.

3. Movement Awareness: Passengers are advised that the vehicles may make frequent stops or turns, and both standing and seated passengers will likely feel these movements. It is important to be mindful of these potential movements to avoid injury.

4. Safety of Small Children and Young Adults: Small children or young adults must be accompanied by parents or guardians to ensure their safety.

5. Safety Recommendations: GL Transportation recommends that passengers remain seated whenever possible, especially when the vehicle is in motion, to minimize the risk of injury.

6. Liability Waiver: By signing this agreement, passengers waive any claims against GL Transportation for injuries or accidents resulting from standing or sitting in the vehicle and experiencing its movements.

 Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By using GL Transportation services, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
